HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.35020 of 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is sought to be resolved by the respondents, as the respondents in the counter affidavit at paras 4 and 5 have admitted that the respondents would pay arrears of salary to the petitioner within a reasonable period of time.

Learned Standing Counsel has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary to the petitioner, if not already paid, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
