HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.10100 of 2015 ORDER:
The petitioner states that he made an application before the 1st respondent on 31-03-2015 seeking extension of parole for three months. Since no orders are passed by the 1st respondent, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, who has taken time on 09-04-2015 for getting instructions, has produced today the order passed by the 1st respondent on 09-04-2015, wherein the petitioner's request for extension of parole was examined and rejected. A copy of the said rejection order is also sent to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due. Since the petitioner is present in the court, the copy of the said rejection order is shown to the petitioner, which he has perused.
In view of rejection of the petitioner's request for extension of parole, no relief can be granted by the petitioner in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
