Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 29.12.2016 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition in view of the settlement arrived between the parties before the Lok Adalat.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of settlement arrived between the parties before Lok Adalat, no orders are necessary in this writ petition and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
