THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21187 of 2014 O R D E R:

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition assailing the retirement notices issued by the Prakasam District Cooperative Central Bank Limited informing the petitioners that they would retire from services on completion of the age of 58 years.

It is not in dispute that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Board of Directors of the Prakasam District Cooperative Central Bank Limited had taken a decision vide Resolution No.1, dt.26.07.2016 not to enhance the age of retirement of its employees from 58 years to 60 years.

Therefore, the petitioners cannot be granted any relief in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners, if they so choose, to challenge the above Resolution of the Bank in a separate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
