THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.926 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not undertaking the survey of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Survey No.63/1A/1/1; Ac.0.281⁄2 guntas in Survey No.63/A2/1/1; and Ac.0.081⁄2 guntas in Survey No.63/1AA3/2/1, in all Ac.1.27 guntas, situated at Huggelli Village, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangareddy District, pursuant to his applications dated 05.05.2018 and 14.05.2018. Perusal of the material placed on record reflects that the petitioner made an online application on 05.05.2018 in accordance with the prescribed format having paid the requisite charges. That being so, there is no reason why the authorities should remain inactive having received the said application wherein it was certified that the needful would be done within 45 working days.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Zaheerabad Mandal, Sangareddy District, the fifth respondent, to initiate necessary action for surveying the subject lands pursuant to the application made by the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
