This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not registering the FIR basing on the complaints dt.01.12.2019 and 19.12.2019 filed by the petitioner, as being arbitrary and illegal.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that pursuant to the complaint dt.19.12.2019 filed by the petitioner, respondent No.3 has registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2020, dt.09.01.2020 on the file of SHO, Maldakal Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District.

Having regard to the said submission, since the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands addressed, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
