ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...To issue a Writ, Order or Direction or more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in non consideration of the representations dated 02.09.2016 and 08.09.2016 of the petitioner to appoint him as Village Revenue Assistant of the Narsimhulupeta Village, which post is vacant presently as illegal, highly discriminatory arbitrary, unjust, unfair unlawful, unconstitutional, irrational, mockery, perverse and contrary to the law and Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and also against to the Village Revenue Assistant Service Rules, 2005 (G.O.Ms.No. 1849, REV(Village), dt 28.10.

2005) and also against to a Catena of judgments of an Apex Court and this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner in appointing him as Village Revenue Assistant for the village of Narasimhulupeta Mandal, Narasimhulupeta District, Mahabubabad, in accordance with the Village Revenue Assistant Service Rules,2005(G.O.Ms.No.1849 REV(Village) dt 28.10.2005 and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard Sri Chikkudu Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-II appearing for the respondents. It is the case of the petitioner that initially, he was appointed as Village Revenue Officer and since then he has been discharging his duties as such without any complaint. Without assigning any reasons, the respondents have removed

him from service in the year 2013. The petitioner has submitted representations on 2.9.2016 and 8.9.2016 to the respondents to consider his case for appointment to the post of Village Revenue Assistant, but so far, no orders have been passed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not passed any orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner on 2.9.2016 and 8.9.2016 and that appropriate orders be passed directing the respondents to consider the said representations. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representations of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 2.9.2016 and 8.9.2016 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
