THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.40 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the docket order dated 04.01.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.319 of 2018 in M.C.No.16 of 2015.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2-State. Perused the impugned order and the material available on record. 3.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that it is purely of interlocutory in nature against which a Revision shall not lie. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not shown any valid ground as to how the Revision is maintainable against an interlocutory order.

In view of the above, the Criminal Revision Case is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. 6.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand dismissed.
