The status report placed by the Registry would show that the subject suit in O.S.No.109 of 2008, from which CMA.No.15 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, and the present revision petition arise, was disposed of on 06.01.2017 by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Piler. In such an event, the present revision petition has become infructous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed. No order as to costs.
