THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO WPMP.No.32961 OF 2016 IN W.P.NO.34148 OF 2015 AND WRIT PETITION NO.34148 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the mother-in-law challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in trying to disburse death benefits of her son late K.Prasad to respondent No.4 in exclusion of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of law.

During the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner and the fourth respondent compromised the matter and they agreed to receive in the ratio of 30:70 between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and filed a memorandum of compromise.

The parties are present and they are identified by their counsel. The signatures of the parties are also identified by their respective counsel.

In view of the same, WPMP.No.32961 of 2016 is ordered and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to disburse the death benefits of late K.Prasad to the petitioner and the fourth respondent in the ratio of 30:70. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
