The case of the petitioners is that they made an application on 26.03.2016 before the 2nd respondent for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of their lands. As no action has been initiated by the 2nd respondent, petitioners made another representation to respondents 2 and 3 on 16.06.2016. But no action has been taken till date. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that unless the petitioners make an application in form 6-A, no action can be initiated.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make necessary application in form 6-A.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to make an application in form 6-A annexing the necessary documents within a period of six weeks from today. On such application being made, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 03-08-2016 dv
