HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.139 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.286 of 2018 on the file of Wyra Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 11.12.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Wyra Police Station, Khammam District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Khammam, vide C.C.No.6 of 2019.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
