This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioners/ judgment debtors, assailing the order, dated 01.10.2013, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Nirmal, passed in E.A.No.26 of 2013 in E.P.No.29 of 2002 in O.S.No.27 of 1983.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ judgment debtors submits that the E.P. itself was disposed of by the Court below on 26.11.2013, and that therefore, this Revision Petition, which is filed challenging the order passed in the Execution Application in the said E.P., has become infructuous. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/ judgment debtors, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
