The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 3rd respondent in refusing to receive, register and release the document alleged to have been presented by the petitioner in respect of tiled house and terraced slab house vide Door No.35/76/1 and D.No.35-71, situated on eastern row of Barkasu Street Municipal Road, Old Ward No.14, New Ward No.18, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

2 . This Court, through order dated 06.03.2014 in W.P.No.1339 of 2014 and batch, has considered legality of objection in refusing to register on the ground that the petitioner land is 'Gramakantam' and held that occupied 'Gramakantam' cannot be claimed as property belonging to Government and on such presumptuous approach include the property in the prohibited list.

3. For the reasons recorded in W.P.No.1339 of 2014 and batch, the writ petition is ordered.

4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
