ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in appointing respondent No.5 as Assistant Professor, Department of Language Translations in Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad, vide proceedings, dated 28.05.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for the consequential relief of setting aside the aforesaid proceedings.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.20805 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
