CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 224 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A-3 to A-5 in Crime No. 238 of 2017 of Narasaravpet Rural Police Station, Guntur district, registered for the offences punishable under section 403, 405 and 409 of I.P.C. and section 79 [1] [f] and 79 [3] [i] of A.P.C.S. Act.

2. When the matter is listed today, Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A3 to A-5 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
