THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.242 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.160 of 2017 of Zaffargadh Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302, 364 and 326-A read with 34 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

It is contended that the petitioner/A.1 was in judicial custody for more than 13 months. The bail application of the petitioner/A.1 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.10600 of 2018. The allegations against the petitioner/A.1 are with regard to the commission of heinous offence and brutal murder of a married woman by pouring acid on her. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court to consider this bail petition.
