This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in preparing a map by showing a road, allegedly, giving access to the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.106 and 107 of Upparapalli Village, Rajendranagar Mandal of Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to set aside the said map.

The petitioner has filed an affidavit sworn to on 22.12.2015 wherein he has stated that after filing of this Writ Petition, he has come across certain additional documents including the final lay out approved by respondent No.6 and that therefore, he was advised to avail a fresh remedy in order to challenge the said material. Accordingly, he requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel

for the petitioner has reiterated the same.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have not opposed the same.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
