This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 3rd respondent in not considering the representation dt.14.09.2019 addressed to the 5th respondent and representation dt.04.12.2018 of the petitioner addressed to the 3rd respondent, seeking to issue digital pass books in respect of Ac.42.01 Guntas in Sy.No.27 RU, and mutation of remaining extent of lands admeasuring Ac.00.04 guntas in Sy.No.23, Ac.1.26 guntas in Sy.No.1, Ac.1.21 guntas in Sy.No.2, Ac.00.15 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.19, Ac.00.04 guntas in Sy.No.28, Ac.00.11 guntas in Sy.No.35, Ac.00.07 guntas in Sy.No.43, Ac.01.23 guntas in Sy.No.50, Ac.20.03 guntas in Sy.No.51, Ac.21.21 tungas in Sy.No.36, total admeasuring Ac.63.24 1⁄2 guntas out of Ac.105.25 1⁄2 guntas, situated under the village limits of Ananthasagar, Haveli Ghanapur Mandal, Medak District, in pursuance of Notice dt.29.10.2018 of the 5th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representations of the petitioner dt.14.09.2019 and 04.12.2018 are pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to take action on the said representations in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
