It arises out of the order dated.18-07-2012 passed in I.A.No.580 of 2011 in O.S.No.793 of 2010 on the file of the court of Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 22-06-2018 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
