THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3230 of 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed complaining nondisposal of I.A.No.60 of 2016, which was filed for temporary injunction, in O.S.No.54 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Venkatagiri (for short, lower Court).

2. As can be seen from the docket of the lower Court, the said IA has been coming up for consideration from 27.02.2016. As the said IA is filed for injunction, the lower Court is required to take up the IA and dispose of the same.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the lower Court to take up the said IA and pass appropriate orders thereon, after hearing both the parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
