This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not granting pension to him, in accordance with Family Pension Scheme, 1971 and consequently to direct the respondents to grant pension to him with effect from the date of his retirement i.e., 31.03.2004 on par with the similarly situated persons with all consequential benefits.

On 21.01.2020 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. To give one opportunity, the matter was directed to be listed on 22.01.2020 under the caption for dismissal. 3.

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
