The petitioner in this writ petition challenges the disqualification order visited upon him by the Telangana State Election Commission under Section 19-B of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, applicable in the State of Telangana at the relevant point of time.

The issue is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.2630 of 2018 & batch, vide order dated 20.03.2019. For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated common order dated 20.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.2630 of 2018 & batch and in terms thereof, the writ petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order of disqualification.
