HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39616 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 5th respondent in conducting farce public auction in respect of the temple lands, contrary to the proceedings in Rc.No.6 of 2016 dated 21.5.2016. 2.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that contrary to the proceedings dated 21.5.2016 and without giving any information to the 6th respondentSarpanch, the respondents Nos.5 and 7, leased out nearly Ac.14.00 of land to the private persons. The petitioner informed the same to the 2nd respondent through an application dated 4.7.2016 and he also made a written representation to the 4th respondent on 1.8.2016. But no action has been taken so far.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondents Nos.2 and 4 may be directed to dispose of the applications made by the petitioner. 5.
Considering the above submission, respondents Nos.2 and 4 are directed to dispose of the applications made by the petitioner, after conducting enquiry in accordance with law.
