THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 854 of 2018 O R D E R:

The petitioner has not placed before this Court any material evidencing that his land was acquired for the purpose of establishing a Pharma City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the petitioner has filed an application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 seeking a copy of the Award and the same has not been furnished.

If the copy of the Award is not furnished to him, the petitioner has a remedy under the above said Act. Therefore, he cannot seek a writ of Mandamus from this Court without there being any material.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court with proper material.
