SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.249 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the conditions which were imposed while releasing the vehicle in favour of the petitioner. The conditions being to furnish personal bond of Rs.2,00,000/- (rupees two lakhs only) with one cash surety for like sum.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petioner is finding it difficult to secure cash surety for Rs.2,00,000/- and he seeks to modify the condition permitting him to furnish surety for Rs.2,00,000/- by way of immovable property.

Hence, in view of the above circumstances, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addateegala, is modified and instead of cash surety, the petitioner is permitted to produce surety for Rs.2,00,000/- with immovable property. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
