HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.5037 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') passed interim order, dated 27.10.2015, which reads as under: "Pending further consideration, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the applicant dated 22.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders as per rules and on merits after hearing all the persons who are likely to be affected."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners to ascertain whether the interim order dated 27.10.2015, has been complied or not by the respondent authorities; and further submits that if the same is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II submits that if the case of petitioners is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioners case in terms of Tribunal order dated 27.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of directing respondent

authorities to consider the petitioners case in terms of the Tribunal order dated 27.10.2015, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.

Accordingly this Writ Petition (TR) is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
