This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A2, seeking to quash the docket order dated 28.04.2014 in C.C.No.13 of 2014 passed by the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad.

Sri K.Surender, Special Public Prosecutor for C.B.I. appearing for the respondent submits that as the petitioner was convicted by the judgment of the trial Court in the above said C.C. and against the said judgment, an appeal is also pending before this Court, the relief sought for in this criminal petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
