ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 01.05.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18852 of 2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the cases of the petitioners were considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 26.11.2018 and that the respondent has complied with the said order passed by this Court. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioners have any grievance, they are at liberty to challenge the said rejection order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
