It is represented by both the learned counsel that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an award dated 08.09.2018 was passed in terms of the settlement entered into between the parties.

Hence, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
