The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed letter dated 27.06.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and a submission to that effect has also been made in the Court today. Permission is accorded. 2 Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
