Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

In the light of the observations made by this Court in the Common Order dated 16.02.2015 in Crl.P.No.7289 of 2014 and batch of DVC matters, the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 4 are directed to putforth their defence before the trial Court as the present Quash Petition is not maintainable.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
