This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.4 under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.118 of 2015 of Tada Police Station, Tada, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused, committed highway robbery. It is stated that the investigation is still pending.
