Heard.
The petitioner, who is the father of missing woman, gave a complaint, dated 24-03-2015 stating that his daughter was missing while she had gone for shopping along with the children of one Srinivas. The petitioner states that though the children came back after shopping, his daughter did not return home and went away informing the children that she will come later. Suspecting that respondents 5 to 7 and others are responsible for missing of his daughter, the petitioner filed the aforesaid complaint. Based on which, a case in Cr.No.106 of 2015 is registered. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent is not investigating the said case and not arresting respondents 5 to 7.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that basing on the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.106 of 2015 was registered under 'Woman Missing' on 24-03-2015 and took up investigation. During the course of investigation, on 07-04-2015, the missing woman came to the police station along with the 5th respondent and stated that she is major, she fell in love with the 5th respondent and married him on 22-03-2015 at Kodandaramalaya Devasthanam, Guntur District.
In view of the aforesaid statement of missing woman, the 4th respondent informed the same to her parents and her brother by name Ganesh came to the police station. But, the missing woman refused to go with her brother and she voluntarily went along with R-5 to R-7. In view of that, it is stated that the respondent police are taking necessary steps for filing appropriate report before the jurisdictional court.
In view of the aforesaid instructions, nothing survives for consideration.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
