THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.32834 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not opening the Price Bid / Quotation of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned standing counsel for Agro Industries, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent rejected the Technical Bid of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
