ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has expired on 20th June, 2008, and his legal representatives were not brought on record and the learned counsel also filed death certificate of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has expired and his legal representatives were not brought on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
