This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.674 of 2013 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad. However, the learned Public Prosecutor informed to this Court that entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 24-08-2015. Therefore, the question of quashing the F.I.R. does not arise. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case including filing of charge sheet after completion of investigation by the Investigating agency, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
