Learned counsel for the petitioners addressed letter dated 24.03.2015 to the Registry, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to workout their remedies before the appropriate forum. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
