HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.Nos.5595, 9409, 9422, 9439, 9675, 32136, 32158, 32186, 32196 & 32211 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The learned Government Pleader (Revenue) consents to disposing of the writ petitions.

The petitioners rely upon occupancy certificates and assignments bearing No.Rc.B.200/2015 dated 29.04.2015 for various extents of house sites in Sy.No.277 of B.Thandrapadu, Village, Kurnool Mandal and District.

Now the complaint of petitioners is the respondents without recourse to law are interfering with their possession and enjoyment in spite of the fact that assignments are subsisting as on date. This Court granted time to learned Government Pleader to get instructions in the matter. Learned counsel for respondents seeks further time.

After perusing the material available on record, this Court is satisfied that the prayer demands the respondents to follow the procedure in the event of either dispossession or cancellation of assignments. Hence, the writ petitions are disposed of by directing the respondents not to interfere with petitioners' possession and enjoyment, except in accordance with law. The merits of the writ averments are not considered or decided by this order. It is for the respondents to consider the merits as and when the matter is enquired into and decided. There shall be no order as costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
