This petition is filed by the petitioner/ A-2 seeking relaxation of conditions in the bail order dt. 17.04.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.158 of 2017 of II Town Police Station, Srikakulam passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam. It is noticed that the petitioner has not moved a similar application before the concerned court and straightaway approached this Court.

In that view of the matter, while dismissing this petition, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court in which case the Court has to pass an order on merits expeditiously.
