Petitioner complains by referring to the order of Joint Collector dated 15.10.2016 that the fourth respondent is not obeying the directions issued by Joint Collector/third respondent. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies on instructions submits that the fourth respondent is prepared to pass orders in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The statement is placed on record. Writ Petition disposed of accordingly.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
