THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2623 of 2007 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents as being arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice while directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner for interview to the post of Attender in the 1st respondent office scheduled to be held on 17.02.2007 or any other date without insisting that petitioner name should be sponsored by the Concerned Employment exchange.

When the matter is taken up, Ms.V.Vidyullatha Desai, representing Sri P.Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
