Ramasubramanian, J) In view of the endorsement made by the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petitions with liberty to go back to the Tribunal either seeking a review of the order passed in the Original Application or challenging the consequential order passed by Special Commissioner of Excise.
