THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 27634 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 15.06.2017, to the respondent Municipal Corporation, 2nd respondent, but so far no action has been taken. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation in accordance with law.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation as per law. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 15.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
