Mr. Mohd. Khaleem Pasha, learned counsel representing Mr. V.V. Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents has been resolved and therefore the cause does not survive in this writ petition insofar as the alleged police interference is concerned.

Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
