This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.55 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Penukonda, Anantapuram District and transfer the same to Family Court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record. 3.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel with one voice submitted that O.P.No.55 of 2016 may be transferred to Family Court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, O.P.No.55 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Penukonda, Anantapuram District, is withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District, for disposal in accordance with law. The learned Judge, Family Court, Tirupathi, Chittoor District, is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.55 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.

With the above observation, the transfer C.M.P. is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
