This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of Order, dated 05-11-2014, in IA.No.851 of 2014 in OS.No.732 of 2014, on the file of the Court of the learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. At the hearing, Mr.S.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.VLNGK.Murthy, learned Counsel for the appellants, submitted that after filing of this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the parties have

settled the dispute out of the Court and that they would like to get the settlement recorded in the suit itself. He has, therefore, submitted that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal may be closed as settled out of Court.

In view of the above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellants, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed.

As a sequel to closure of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP.No.1800 of 2014, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
