ORDER
Challenging the order of removal, dated 26.11.1997, passed by the second respondent, the petitioner approached the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani, by filing I.D.No.37 of 1999. The Tribunal, by the impugned Award dated 13.4.2001, dismissed the I.D. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed.
It is noticed that the petitioner is at the verge of retirement. At this length of time, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to extend the service benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered by him prior to the date of removal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
