This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 01.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3229 of 2016 in P.R.C.No.08 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the trial Court to seek his redressal. Permission is granted.
