ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...... to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not finalizing the acquisition of the land for NH 9 as notified in the Award 1 of 2012-2013 dt.22.09.2012 of Akunur Village, Vuyyuru Mandal, Krishna District, is contrary to the law and prays to direct them to decide the issue immediately by ordering them to pay compensation @ market value under the NH Act namely 3 times of the market value according to the index and also provide for the persons two bed room house as promised by them on 14.4.2016 openly in the meeting in the interest of justice."
It is brought to the notice of this Court that in identical circumstances, this Court passed the following order on 6.7.2017 in WP No.21654 of 2017.
"When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 30.03.2017, of this Court in W.P.Nos.44530, 16997 and 15916 of 2016 and a copy of the said common order is also placed on record. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to make an application under Section 3-G (5) of the National High Ways Act, 1956 for determination of the amount of compensation by the Arbitrator within three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If such an application is made, the same shall be considered and
appropriate action be taken by the respondents in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible."
In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. No costs.
